got back from sledding yesterday and survived ! Hey bjh im for sure not a racists, i dont car if the pres is pink blue white or black,he for sure looks like a monkey. mfsman, I checked out that deal as you suggested. After studying it, I'd definitely give the guy a pass if I were on the jury.

As to Carter, I made the mistake of voting for him the first time. Guess I was pizzed at Gerry Ford, then.

At the end of Carters term, the economy was a mess, inflation, interest rates were out of control (I had a loan with that skyrocketing interest rates) and Iran was laughing at USA. We should have taken the Islamists out then and saved ourselves a lot of grief ever since. So I voted for Reagan because we needed a new coach. Best vote I ever cast. Too some rough sledding to overcome the messes Carter had made.

In fact, some of today's grain export problems are leftover from Jimmmmah Carter grain embargo fall out.
