As seen on Informed TV Alexandria MN. See how our Public Universities, working for big farmers and big Lenders, tap taxpayer funded federal crop insurance as a mutual aid! Truly the Ultimate insurance. For when one totals the 2012 crop insurance subsidy of about $7 billion and $4.9 billion in direct payments, crop insurance on the 2012 crop was a free perk for American Farmers. http://youtu.be/fpaf5tzDRLM
Say Roebke, anything new with you? Haven't talked to you for awhile. Iowa farmland values are on a rocket ship, the all important Iowa State University came out a couple of days ago. The 12 month increase for my Northern Iowa farmland was over $4,500/acre or 38%. This puts high-quality Iowa land at over $15,000/acre now. Not too bad I would say, and since 2008, values have doubled from $7,500/acre in 2008 to over $15,000/acre today. But I was wondering if you could pay more of my Crop Insurance cost for me? I am short on money, need to buy a new SUV for the wife.
