Don't feel bad on the warranty Ken. The wife bough a treadmill the other day. When we opened the box one of the wires was pinched. She called the store and they said call the factory, it wasn't their problem. We called the factory and they said they would get back to us. After a day or to we called the factory back. They said take it to the store.Wife called the store and they said take it to the factory. To make a long story short she ended up taking it back to a different branch of the same company.
The extended warranty wouldn't have helped either. Wife had that on an Exercycle. Nearest authorized repair man was 135 miles away. He would come fix it when he was in the area. 6 months later we still have a fancy clothes rack. Another month later I finally convinced them to send me the part after we started shaking the trees a little.

Chit ses, if Ken does that they'll just end up with a fat guy with a white beard walking around their living room in his undies eating Doritos and a bunch of reindeer poop on the roof.

Sheeeeeesh Ken, you say you returned your POS purchase, but there's no mention if you actually got one from the same crooked store, from another store or getting one off the internet?
