Thanks, but I will pass on your advice. In post 36 you referenced equity and net worth like they were two separate items. Someone who does not realize it is the same thing probably should not be giving financial advice.

Foolish juvenile insults. I will laugh when some scammer gets you and you set your self up. Let alone setting your self up physically and endangering your family needlessly. These scammers will come after by a law suit also etc. Watch the mailbox as well. FOOL.

That would explain why you are so bitter and are envious of those over-achieving conservatives.

With all due respect Tall grass, mentioning the value of one's land on the open market is not exactly what scam artists are looking for.

With your continued berating of those who have achieved, it exposes the obvious shortcomings in your own accomplishments, and the envy it manifests. Unlike you, I celebrate those who work hard and are successful in this land of opportunity.

Typical liberal. Always looking to take that which is not theirs.

Been a few days since I played around the tall grass. Looking to catch another mouse, rat, or even a weasel.

here's a situation, a libtard friend which owns all the new big iron and farms many acres that he rents, owns very little, farms a 200 acre farm from another good conservative friend for 150.00 an acre under a handshake 3 year agreement which just expired, good sand ground with a 5 acre irrigation pond capability.
My friend which owns the ground had a 300.00/ac offer this past summer for 2013, he told the individual he would get back after consulting with his"friend" current leesee.
The other friend took it upon himself to fertilize and prepare ground for winter wheat without consultation of my other friends approval. My ownership friend approached the other after watching him prepare the ground, that our 3 year agreement was up and he had had an offer for 300.00 and would he be interested in matching it?
The libtard friend was insulted, took my other friend for granted, never replied and just walked away snooty and friendship turned into henchit at his bequest.
Now this gets all over town and its really really sad to see a life long friendship thrown out the window because of ones insatiable greed and taking a friend for granted. My good conservative friend sadly confided in me about this, I shook my head and sadly told him that he tried to undercut a farm away from me and our friendship has considerably soured after that.
Moral of the story I guess is, those who you think are your friends can turn on a dime for quantum greed. I've found that as one traverses through life, they are extremely blessed if they have one golden friend they can count on in a life and death situation.
Could it be my liberal friend is jealous at the fact that both my conservative friend and me being the same, own all our land free of debt and he feels the need to sport that big new iron look rather than buying land?
Perhaps he has changed in time and we haven't seen this side of him before. Truly sad to throw friendships out the window over something that is merely on loan from God.

As I've long said the Death Tax is job justification for insurance agents, estate lawyers and govt. bureaucrats.

Time to eliminate the Death Tax. The only tax we need is a 15% Flat Tax.
