Well, I scrubbed this post after calling chairman of the county board of supervisors and talking with the country engineer, the matter has been resolved. I was a "criminal" breaking a rule I did not know existed.
The solution, was to cut the tile line at my fence line and then let it flow into the ditch, and the construction permit which stated it cost $2,000 turned out to be "no cost", it was a mere notice requirement.
It was just a "lot to do without nothing". I sure did not want anyone on here to think I was a "whiner".
Think I will order another case of corona, and go pick up my deer rifle. Adios Amigos. John
