If we do need to pay 100% of our crop insurance, the absolute minimum cost to us would be an additional 20 cents per bushel for corn and 68 cents for soybeans. Although these cents per bushel don't seem like alot, they can certainly add up depending on your yearly production. And with another drought, these 20 cent and 68 cents could easily double in price if we suffer a 50% cut in production total output.
