Nebraska Land Sells For $87,000 per Acre
I just had to post this Nebraska land sale. I am going to contact Faust and see if we can do this on his non-tillable farmland. Faust and I are going to start a Christmas Tree farm on his Billy-Goat land, and then sell it for $87,000/acre like this Nebraska Christmas Tree Farm did. Let's see, 320 acres times $87,000/acre= $28 Million Dollars!!!!!! Yes, Faust and I are going to be very rich!!!!! LOL

Actually at that price they will bulldoze the trees. At that location the only reason the land is farmed is for the ag property tax exemption. They will probably divide that up and sell it for over $400,000 an acre.
