I started out on a 38b JD with flywheel start(just keep rocking it, it will roll over eventually and a 2 bottom trip plow. Didn't consider that farming. I worked for 4 brothers that row cropped. They ere up to 4000 acres when i started and when i get burned out and quit they were up to 17 thousand acres including second crop. I have put in many 70-74 hour weeks. I use to do a major part of the fall discing.
I am not hostile to anyone. Yes i get into a good debate but to be using racism and name calling in a debate is just crap. How have i disrupted anything around here other than presenting a different way to look at a subject?
My sig line is just a come back response at those attacking me personally.
Ag youth comes here and reads these forums as well. Do you want them to learn to be racists here? Racist attitudes will get them by in the rural areas etc but that attitude won't benefit them in the adult world. imo
No i don't mean that you have to adapt the attitudes of over the top liberals etc, They need tools for life. I think many parents are pleased to see their kid at this Web site but might be appalled at the open racism being espoused in the politics forum.
While in 4H as a kid we went to some trips and boy those country kids(some) were sure dummies on how to handle themselves in public. Kids need tools to handle life and prosper and learning to be racist will hurt there advancement in life.
As a kid i grew up right on the edge of the ity and country. I have seen both sides of what is going on in life.
We used to have the FFA conventions here in Kansas City and it was amazing what some of those kids did or trouble they got into ; just being kids and being naive.
What is wrong with just debating a subject and stay away from name calling and trying to degrade the other poster?DON'T CROSS THE RIVER IF YOU CAN'T SWIM THE TIDE

420: Try getting your facts straight. I'm trying to retire. I rent most of this place out but still actively farm 385A. I trade with friends and have had custom planting done with the latest/greatest but can sure do it myself. I do all harvesting. I do a 50/50 deal on 180-200 stocker steers. Once they hit grass/wheat I do everything...not just water. I am actively engaged in Production Ag. And...what do you do??? Zero/nada/zilch.

TG: I've read a few of your posts, and it looks like you are a flaming lib. It appears that you have worked as a hired man, but you are not actively engaged in Production Ag. I am not a rascist. I ran Snerdley off this site cuz he made all farmers look bad. There are plenty of successful, conservative, patriotic American blacks whom I admire greatly.

Your thoughts are your own . Where does it say any where i have to give you a inventory of my Ag involvment?
HOW ARE YOU GOING TO RUN ME OFF FROM ANYWHERE? Unless you are the moderator then you aren't going to. Go ahead and try!
You act like a racist to me.
WHAT THE HECK IS A FLAMING LIB?
DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE THAT KIDS SHOULDN'T BE LEARNING RACIST WAYS AT THIS FORUM?
Have you ever noticed as to actually how few people actually post on this forum? Not very many. Have you ran them off also?DON'T CROSS THE RIVER IF YOU CAN'T SWIM THE TIDE

TG: It doesn't say anywhere that you have to show that you are actively engaged in Production Ag. I merely asked, and YOU affirmed that you are NOT actively engaged in Production Ag. Sooooo....why are you here? Posters who are not actively engaged in Production Ag are welcome as long as they are not disruptive, and that is exactly what you do here. I don't go on the Peak Oil site The Oil Drum and disrupt their site. I don't go on the moveon.org site and disrupt their site. I don't go on the anti-gun Brady site and disrupt their site. What gives you the right to do that here.
I am on record many times on AW that racism...both black and white...have no business here. Snerdley was a rascist that made all American farmers look bad. I would like to think that I helped him move along. When you say: "You act like a rascist to me." that is just wild undocumented slander.
A lot of people have curtailed their posting on AW cuz they are fed up with libs and Muslims like you, 420, charper, ivn/Joe, etc. incessantly posting your propaganda here.

420: Oh my! Sometime back YOU asked me to post in Policy&Politics. I don't post nonsense. I don't name call like your buddy TG does in every post with his tag line "Chump." I don't have cows. I have 600# stocker steers. Most of my waters are automatic. I spent 6 hr yesterday putting calves in, fixing fence, and doctoring. I would say that I am actively engaged in Production Ag. What did you do? Start your thread. I know you won't mind if I do the same. lol.

WHERE IN THE FORUM RULES does it say i shouldn't be posting here? Who are you to decide? I sure was involved in Production Ag physically in the past and have been over thousands of acres more than some and less than others. Just last week i helped service (grease a disc) move some equipment, checked some fence ordered a supply of Veterinarian medicines delivered some of the same to my boss working cattle. My doing stuff is as good as yours.
Show me where i disrupted anything other than presenting facts and calling pEople out when they post an incorrect fact. You just don't like to be given the straight facts and prefer to white wash your posts as like they are the Gospel. You and a few others are the ones that like labeling people and trying to disrupt this form yourself. You stated you were "GOING TO RUN ME OFF.
I can easily see why there are so few posters around here is because of the attitudes of the very few posters around here. YOU and a few others are why there are so few. Look how many there were before i showed up. Not many huh! for such as large web site."How many have lft since i joined. I sure had nothing to do with afew regulars that got banned awhile back. There ttitudes nd actions go them banned not me.
Remember from Bible School? A"HOUSE BUILT OF A POOR FOUNDATION SOON CRUMBLES." I see this as exactly what you are part of.
As for the sig line"GOT YOUR HEAD ON CHUMP". I only added it in response to personal attacks on me at this forum. You don't like it? I DO! You are just mad because it hits you right on dead center. imo When attitudes change then i will remove it.
Myself i will just continue to respond to threads i want to debate about and i will post threads as well and i will follow the forum rules as well. Following the forum rules just make for a better debate and name calling/ bashing just show ignorance on the part of that poster. You just go ahead and do as you want. You have exposed yourself and i appreciate that.
This seems to describe your attitude imo.

Among the GOP base, there is constant harping about somebody else, some "other," who is deliberately, assiduously and with malice aforethought subverting the Good, the True and the Beautiful: Subversives. Commies. Socialists. Ragheads. Secular humanists. Blacks. Fags. Femi****s. The list may change with the political needs of the moment, but they always seem to need a scapegoat to hate and fear.Last edited by Tall Grass; 04-16-2012 at 11:04 AM. Thanks for posting that policy, it is kinda nice to have a refresher course of what we are all here for. Db do you understand the rules now that TG has reposted them for you, we have to watch Gnatty he is the real rule breaker on this site and we all know ECI is the trouble maker, and the Alzado Bros. keep trying to convert infidels to Islam. LMAO! John
