Kinda surprised no one is talking about the beginning of the NCAA BB season... perhaps others aren't as into basketball... not to sure. I love the concept of the carrier classic... it certainly didn't look to good for Mich St from the highlights...

Kansass...BB... hmmm never heard of it... :-) At least they can do one sport to perfection... I love how at the beginning of the season there are only two types of games... HUGE marquee matchups and absolute blowouts where they have no business playing each other (much like the average BIG football season beginning chalked full of no business games).

DR: I like college BB. But don't really follow it until the conference schedules start in Jan., because like you said it is either marquee matchups or blowouts. And typically it is the latter. Besides college FB is done in Jan! lol

BTW, what you need to ask 48 is how his GOOD FRIEND Roy Williams is up too.

Wellll,around these parts we heard KU couldn't field a Basketball team this year so we joined the SEC for some competition.

The traitor Roy Williams is starting off the season rated No.1, and KU=...umm...er No.13. lol. mfsman is going to love this. Memphis=No.11. He!! even the Baptists=Baylor are ahead of us=No.12. BUT...DR...guess where WI is??? No.15!!! ROTFLMAO. The Big10 does have OH ST at No.3. And, JTH Ken is going to love this...KEN=No.2. I love Tom Izzo at Mich St, but they are not even in the AP Top 25.

I didn't even look, but I'm sure my girls...UCONN...are No. 1.

I had to go look. Thanx for ruining my evening. I mean...what's the world coming to? Jimmie Johnson is not going to win his 6th Cup in a row, and the UCONN girls are not No. 1. The world is going to he!! in a hand basket. BTW, the Big 12 has two in the Top 10: Baylor and Texas A&M. The Big 10 has zero/nada/zilch.
