I finally broke down and hooked up all my monitors. So now when I am at my office computer I am looking at 3 monitors. One for DairyComp, one for DelPro and one for my web browsing. At least that is the primary use for each window. I also use spreadsheets a lot and they primarily go on the center monitor. My sister-in-law had a ATI FirePro 2450 graphics accelerator that she didn't need and gave it to me. Now I can hook up yet another monitor if I want... very nice. It's like sitting at a command station now. I gotta say, it sure is nice not needing to minimize and move windows all the time to do data entry or look something up or whatever. I'm sure I'll have to play around with it for a while before I settle on a final setup for it, but thus far I am pretty pumped up!

I have been selling John Deere Equipment at a dealership here in Montana for over 8 years and finally got tired of using those dang wing bolts that come with a new screen.

I came up with this bracket that you attach onto the back of your display and then you put a couple of shouldered studs on the metal bracket in the cab. Now all you do is line up the bracket with the studs, rotate and pull down and the screen is installed. It is very simple and secure. You can purchase extra studs for each additional piece of equipment that screen will go in.

My website is www.displaybracket.com or they are on ebay or 160 John Deere Dealers in the US and Canada. Let me know if you have any questions.

I live on a family farm in central Illinois. We farm about 1000 acres of corn/soybeans. Not a huge farm but we get the job done. Ever since I was very young I have loved computers and pretty much anything in technology. I have been trying to bring more and more technology onto our farm, Including Wifi on our grain leg that stretches out to all of are fields. This means you have internet access anywhere in the field. Also I have added a few IP cameras so you anyone can check up on the farm. There is one on our 75ft grain leg giving an overview of the farm, a cow cam to watch our cows, pit cam to see if we are hauling corn, and a dryer cam to make sure the dryer is up and running. Feel free to check all this out and more at our farm website here www.albinobrowncow.com
